The kitchen is shared with 5 fellow students, the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, extractor hood, combi- microwave, sink with fountain and a table with 4 chairs. The shared washing machine is also located in the kitchen.

The student house has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Bathroom 1 has a shower cabin, bathroom sink with fountain and extraction. Bathroom 2 has a bath/shower combination, bathroom sink with fountain and extraction. There are 2 separate toilets in the student house.

There is also a communal outdoor area, which all residents can use.
